Havells India Limited is a Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) Company with an extremely strong global presence powered with an extensive distribution network delivering world class quality of a wide range of products committed to their philosophy of ‘Make in India’.

To stay relevant to the times and the new age consumer, the brand endeavored to be perceived as a ‘one-stop-shop’ Lifestyle solution destination.  This was achieved in an updated premium modern experiential environment. Customer-centric category adjacencies present lifestyle setting that showcase the innovations and the value they bring for good living. The standalone store has two levels with categories planned in customer centric adjacencies. where in-store engagement highlight innovations across different categories.

The storefront features a large LED screen (25 feet x 19 feet) integrated into a glass curtain wall that plays brand marketing content to influence passers-by. The upper ground level (the ground level being basement) houses Home Appliances from its two brands, Havells and Lloyds. The entrance features an innovation pod that features the top products in the categories featured on that level. This leads to the white goods gallery followed by kitchen appliances displayed in a kitchen setting. Televisions are displayed in a lounge setting.

The basement level houses Home Automation, Lighting, Electrical fittings, Fans and Domestic Solar Energy Technology. An innovation pod highlights new products launched. Main features of this floor is the home automation station that showcases IoT control technology. The layout leads into the Lighting zone that features a ‘Lux Lounge’ that educates the customer about different types of lighting color and intensity through demonstration. The solar category has an outdoor setting with outdoor lighting. Casual discussion areas are planned in categories that need higher involvement in decision making.
