Snooze from Pepperfry is a sleep specialty store that offers a curated range of Mattresses, Pillows, Comforters and Bed Sheets catering to all sleep needs.
THE CONCEPT
“DREAM MERCHANT”, the visual scheme, is interpreted in the store architecture, fixtures and the emotive VM story telling in a serene palette of Blues, whites and light wood.
The customer journey is planned to Entice, Educate and Experience. The ‘ENTICE’ was delivered at the differentiated storefront and window display. The ‘EDUCATE’ section enabled consultative conversations in a calm zone with visual communication, visual merchandising and a discussion setting. The ‘EXPERIENCE’ zone is where customers can experience the different mattress setting in a sleep setting.
